Our Centre Manager
My career in the early years education and care started in 2011 as an Educator.
I quickly progressed into a lead educator role, which I thoroughly enjoyed leading a room and creating an engaging program for each child. My passion for programs, room sets ups and research became a strong passion which led me into a leadership role.
I have a passion for working with my team, with a strong focus on employee wellbeing. I pride myself on being trusted by my educators to not only lead, set an example and expectations but also, mentor and coach to see the educators succeed and progress in their roles.
I strive to be able to educate families and staff on the importance of the ECEC and the important role that it has in the early years. After all it takes a village to raise a child and all children have the right to feel safe and secure, be educated and have the opportunity to have a sense of belonging.
I am excited to further my career as the Campus Manager of Cosmo Early Learning, continuing to build on my skills and knowledge.
Cosmo Early Learning provides care and education for children from 6 weeks to school age, as well as before and after school care and vacation care.
We provide an abundance of natural adventure playgrounds, including bike tracks, play fort, interactive gardens and nature spaces designed to challenge and intrigue every little mind.
We seek to instill a sense of belonging in the children in our care by allowing them to fully explore and connect with their environment, whilst building warm and respectful relationships with other children and educators.
This offers our children safe surroundings to understand who they are in relation to those around them. We believe that this sense of belonging creates a strong and secure atmosphere in which children can flourish.
At Cosmo Early Learning every child is unique and brings to our centre, his or her own distinct characteristics. Children will be encouraged and supported to develop into the individual they are meant to be through a fun and educationally specific program that boosts and nurtures each child.
We focus on providing activities that will help children learn, progress and create positive connections allowing them to become the best versions of themselves.
